Donation Based Group Support Session
Join us for an evening of pet loss support, connection and community. Our session is designed for all stages of pet loss grief. We will focus on the distinct stages of anticipatory grief, acute grief and the time that follows after we say goodbye. Learn new ways to support yourself and tools to help you on your grief journey.
Upon registration you will receive a zoom link to our session and a link to donate. All donations go to directly to our designated legacy fund to create programs, opportunities and scholarships for grief support for individuals in the field of veterinary medicine, animal rescue and first responders. Suggested donation range $5-15, a donation is not required to participate.
Group Support Session: Navigating Guilt & Shame
Guilt can show up in many ways surrounding pet loss. The thoughts of not realizing it was their last day, wanting to do something differently and questioning our decisions afterwards, even if they were the right ones for us and our beloved pet. Our session focuses on how to process our feelings of guilt or shame, inviting a new perspective around the loss, and finding comfort in shared community.
